The frequent drunk & often crying John Boehner wants everyone to know that he still doesn’t like Ted Cruz. The dude is just infatuated with Cruz.
There’s hardly a creation more emblematic of the swamp than Boehner. Here’s a guy who vehemently opposed marijuana legalization as speaker of the House. Then after retiring, he realized he could make piles of cash lobbying on behalf of legalization.
Boehner is doing the media rounds to promote his new book, “On The House: A Washington Memoir, and of course in order to get love from the liberal media he’s needs to attack Republicans. Remember, the media’s favorite Republican is the one that attacks Republican.
So CBS tweeted a tease clips of their interview with Boehner where he says that Cruz is a "jerk" and accused him of "making a lot of noise" but not being very productive in Congress.
Cruz responded to the Boehner teaser clips on twitter, writing:
“The Swamp is unhappy. I wear with pride his drunken, bloviated scorn. Please don’t cry.”
